Get to Know Me

Alexandra Field, MS, LMFT, MT-BC
(She/Her)
Owner, Director, & Licensed Psychotherapist (#99158)

I'm here to help you ignite and fan that inner flame that's always been there, but may be dim right now. I can help you identify and clear any fog that may be clouding your perceptions. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, gender affirming, culturally responsive/affirming, social justice oriented, and a BDSM/Kink/Poly positive therapist. My approach is depth-oriented and explores your personal values utilizing ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), attachment theory, relational/family dynamics, core beliefs, and cognitive-behavioral strategies. We'll work together to propel you toward more joy, peace, and vitality in your life.

I help…

  • Couples who are exploring intimacy, sexuality, and compatibility

  • Individuals experiencing trauma, life stage transitions, or grieving the loss of someone or something that was a main part of their identity

  • Working professionals, artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs who feel stuck

  • People exploring their gender, identity, and neurodivergence

  • People questioning their relationship with religion, spirituality, and finding deeper meaning in life

  • Parents looking for ways to connect with their child/teen, or ways to parent without repeating harmful patterns they were taught

  • People who are desperately trying to untangle past ideas about who they thought or were told they "should be" and tap into who they want to be

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board-Certified Music Therapist with over 15 years experience working with individuals and families. I specialize working with teens, adults, couples, and families with a variety of complex challenges, experiences, relationships, and histories.
