Adult therapy facilitates personal growth and self discovery. Therapy offers a non-judgemental space for people who want to explore who they are, want to break patterns and want to have more healthy and meaningful relationships with friends, family, children and romantic partners. Our therapists meet with clients 45-60 minutes weekly via Telehealth, which might seem weird at first, but it actually increases access to therapy for many and offers more comfort when you can meet in your own home. Most adults experience varying levels of anxiety, depression, grieving, trauma and other forms of emotional distress and finding ways to better cope can improve quality of life. Developing confidence, coping skills, self awareness, communication skills and increasing confidence in decision making are just some of the experiences people have through their therapeutic experience.
